Absolutely! LATINADA is a family-friendly event. Tickets for kids from 6 to 12 years old are priced at SGD$10 per kid per day.
Yes we do. We are running a promotion where you can purchase 6 tickets and receive 2 extra tickets for FREE. This also includes food and beverage credit for a total of 8 tickets. You can purchase this bundle online “HERE”. This bundle is also sold at the entrance if you decide to walk in. Just let our ticketing team know that you would like to purchase a bundle of 8 tickets.
The bundle is meant for adult ticket(s) only. However should you wish to utilise adult ticket(s) for kid(s), you may do so but we will not be able to refund any part of the ticket(s) to you.
Please do drop us an email at info@canchita.sg a minimum of 3 days prior to your arrival so that we can assist you in the upgrade process. Do note that we are NOT ABLE to do effect this upgrade change at the festival. It is important that this upgrade be done before you arrive at the festival.
No. All tickets are date and day specific. You will need a different set of tickets if you are planning on visiting the festival across different days.
A link will be sent to you via email after you have completed your purchase. In that email you will see a link to “redeem” your ticket. Please check that the date that you purchased your ticket for is correct because each ticket is date and day specific. At the entrance of the festival, present the email to our ticketing team and they will assist you with the redemption.
ALL F&B vouchers will be issued at the entrance of the festival only. This will be in the form of voucher stubs. Please note that food & beverage vouchers are only for tickets purchased for adults. There is NO food & beverage vouchers for kids tickets.
LATINADA is a CASHLESS festival. We will not be accepting cash payments. All major credit cards are accepted at the festival - VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX.
As tickets purchased are non-refundable, we would like to suggest that you transfer OR gift your ticket to a friend or family member to attend the festival on your behalf to enjoy LATINADA!
Tickets purchased are not refundable. For this, we highly recommend you to then transfer this to neighbours, colleagues or family and friends so that they won’t miss out an exciting festival!
Not necessary. Just share the link with the person whom you will be transferring or gifting the ticket to.
Unfortunately, LATINADA is not currently a wheelchair accessible festival. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working closely with the Dempsey Hills team to see how to best accommodate this for future LATINADA's.
We do not have ATMs on-site.
LATINADA is a strictly non-smoking event. Dempsey Hills is a designated non-smoking area. As such you may wish to smoke before arriving or a distance away from the festival venue. Please note that as vaping is illegal and hence strictly prohibited within the festival grounds.
LATINADA is primarily a walk around event. We do have tables and chairs but they are limited. The tables and chairs are on a self serve and fist come first serve basis. We do not accept reservations for tables.
Yes, re-entry is allowed as long as you have a ticket for the same day and date.
